I have been an active member in the community from the time I attended Cherry Street Elementary, to when I graduated from Bay High School in 2021. As a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church, I have spent countless hours involved in community outreach over the years.
After Bay High I attended Gulf Coast State College where I received my AA degree in Political Science. I'm currently attending FSU, finishing my bachelors in Political Science. All of which has been paid for through my Bright Futures scholarship.
I was a teacher at First United Methodist Preschool for over two years while I went to Gulf Coast. This was special for me, as I went to First United Methodist preschool when I was a kid. I had the pleasure of working with some of the same teachers who taught me.
Throughout my life I have been involved in efforts to help my community. In high school I helped found 850 Relief in the wake of Hurricane Laura, which gathered supplies and funds for the victims. As President of Beta Club the same year, I also raised $2,000 for food for underprivileged children at Cherry Street Elementary.
You may also recognize me from my many nights playing music in Downtown Panama City, as well as all over Panama City. I'm a big fan of Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and much more music from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's. I am know for having an old soul, I have always loved older music!
